Out from hotel on main road and you turn left and 200 mtr away is “Rasa – A multicuisine restaurant & Bar” .
Also in the hotel is set to open a Pure veg Restaurant ‘Rasam’.
In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an
agreement between the guest and the " Rasa Residensea" under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s)
1. Arrival / Check-in
Please present your ID card, Passport or any Government Issued photo/address id cards upon Check-in.
Each room occupants has to present their id cards for check-ins. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.
2. Departure / Check-out
Check out time is 11.00 am. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability
If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of time or period the management shall have the
right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Restriction of Entry
The Management reserves the right of admission/entry into the hotel and reserves the right to remove persons not
conducting themselves properly and appropriately. The hotel reserves the right to deny admittance on its premises.
This includes the right to decline guest or vehicle entry, staging of events and functions, inbound material, as well as other items or materials in light of security considerations, local law, and hotel policy.
4. Visitors Restrictions
Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the Hotel. Visitors are not allowed in rooms.
Please use the lobby or the restaurant for socializing and meetings. The Guests will be responsible for the orderly conduct of
themselves and their visitors to ensure there are no disturbance to others guests, and also breach of the law.
5. Safety / Security Policy
We may follow necessary protocols to help ensure our guests' security:
Parking at Owners Risk
The Management shall not be responsible for the cars of resident/visiting guests or for any loss or damage caused to them while they are parked
in parking area or near hotel premises. The hotel is not responsible for handling the guest cars, driver’s/maid's food and accommodation.
The hotel does not provide valet parking.
Room Tariff in full must be settled at the time of check in. Extra Bills must be settled on presentation. All payments are accepted in Cash only.
Cheque / DD payments are not accepted. We have online payment facility through Debit/Credit card facility with our Bank, however
non-working of it if due to any technical reason, and the Management will not be responsible and customer has to make alternate arrangement to settle the bills before check-out.
Hotels Lien on Guest's Luggage and Belongings
In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and
to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without
prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause,
Luggage may not be stored for period of over 12 hours.
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed.
The Management assumes no responsibility for personal items (such as cars, jewelry, money, credit cards,
debit cards, mobile phones, laptops, watches, glasses, purses, PDAs, etc.) that are lost or damaged during guests stay.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any
other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
Pets are not allowed in Hotel Rooms and Public places.
Bringing goods and / or storing of any article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and /
or goods of objectionable nature; use of narcotic drugs and its possession etc., is prohibited.
The hotel prohibits the consumption of alcohol in hotel public areas, besides those designated in conjunction
with local law. Alcohol will not be served to guests under the age of 21 years. Alcohol brought from outside
may only be consumed by guests in the privacy of their own rooms. Dry days as observed by the local law shall be adhered to by the hotel.
Guests are prohibited from using/carrying Paan/Beedi/Gutka inside hotel premises. If found carrying/using these items, management
reserves the right to take action, which may be up to a level of immediate check-out from the hotel for such guests.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, narcotic drugs, animals etc.,
are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Damage to Property
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management , its other guests , invitees visitors, agents and servants for
all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests's own negligence and
non-observance of any / instructions. Any such damage that may be caused will be asked to be compensated before their check-out from the room.
It is agreed that the guest OR their visitors will conduct him/ herself/themselves in a respectable manner and will not
cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith , without
previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact
in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
